AEA-III 8-1/2017 (Vol-IX)

In accordance with the authority vested under Rule 2(d) of The Punjab Environmental Protection (Smog Prevention and Control) Rules 2023, the Chief Inspector of Boiler, Punjab, and the Deputy Chief Inspector of Boiler are hereby designated as Authorized Officers to exercise powers under rule 10(a)(b) in conjunction with rules 11 and 12 of the aforementioned Rules, effective immediately.
